Overview
A specialist life sciences software firm, operating across risk minimisation programmes and REMS in over 60 countries, needed to replace a slow, manual content approval process and build a robust database migration tool across their platform. With a validated cloud-based platform serving multiple client deployments globally, they needed solutions that were scalable, reliable and built to enterprise standards.
What we did
Automated screenshot tool
The existing screenshot process was manual, time-consuming and didn't scale across the firm's growing number of deployments. We designed and built a fully automated solution on AWS, architected for reliability, scalability and easy consumption across multiple platform instances.
The solution handled everything from capturing screenshots across supported devices to generating PDF reports of completed pages, with a private API managing requests and job status throughout. Authentication, orchestration and processing were all handled natively on AWS, with no manual steps remaining in the workflow.
Database migration tool
We designed and built a migration tool capable of moving data automatically between environments, with variable inputs, rollback capability and real-time status notifications built in from the start. Deployable into any client AWS account and integrated directly into the platform UI, it gave the team a reliable, repeatable process where previously there was none.
