Overview
ICONIC is a strategic and creative studio founded by James Kirkham and Ellie Farrer, offering premium consultancy and agency services to brands, businesses and products at the forefront of popular culture. As the business grew, they needed a technical partner who could bring coherence to their cloud infrastructure, manage their core IT services and deliver a web presence that could scale with them.
What we did
Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure
We configured Microsoft 365 across the organisation, bringing coherence to ICONIC's digital infrastructure and giving the team a stable, scalable foundation to work from. Moving to a pay-as-you-go model meant costs stayed proportional to the business rather than fixed overheads.
AWS web deployment
ICONIC had an existing WordPress site built by a third party. We took responsibility for deploying and hosting it on AWS infrastructure, providing a flexible and scalable platform that the business could grow into.
Phase 2: ecommerce integration
With the AWS foundation in place, we delivered Phase 2: integrating ecommerce functionality directly into ICONIC's existing web property, giving them the ability to sell their print magazine online. The solution is live and trading.
Ongoing managed IT services
We continue to manage ICONIC's core IT services across Microsoft 365 and AWS, keeping their technology backbone stable, reliable and up to date as the business evolves.
