Veeva iCVA, kiosk and ongoing partnership

Services delivered

  • Veeva Consultancy
  • iCVA Development
  • Kiosk Deployment
  • iVAFlow

Overview

A global life sciences agency needed a technical delivery partner for a complex, multi-phase Veeva iCVA for a global dermatology brand. What started as a single iCVA build has grown into an ongoing technical partnership, spanning multiple releases, a kiosk conversion for live event deployment and continued development work into 2026.

What we did

iCVA build and consultancy

We delivered the full technical build of the iCVA using iVAFlow, our internal delivery framework. Before a line of code was written we advised on content architecture, slide structure and Veeva best practice, decisions that made subsequent updates significantly faster and cheaper to deliver.

Throughout the build we worked closely with the agency team and directly with the end client where needed, maintaining clear communication across time zones without adding friction to the agency relationship.

Efficient review and deployment

Content was deployed to secure, password-protected preview environments at every stage, allowing agency and client stakeholders to review quickly without needing Vault access. Veeva API-based uploads reduced manual effort and turnaround time across every iteration.

Multi-phase releases

The iCVA was delivered across multiple phases, with releases aligned to bi-annual campaign updates. Each phase built on the last, clean structure, maintainable codebase, no technical debt accumulating in the background.

Kiosk conversion

Following the success of the iCVA, the agency asked us to adapt the content for live event deployment at a major dermatology congress. Rather than a rebuild, iVAFlow's multi-deployment architecture allowed us to convert the existing iCVA into a kiosk experience, a fraction of the time and cost of starting fresh, with the same robust foundation underneath.

Reporting and analytics

We advised on Call Clickstream reporting throughout, ensuring content and interactions were structured to support meaningful analysis within Veeva from day one.

Outcomes

  • Production-ready Veeva iCVA delivered on time across multiple phases
  • Faster iteration cycles through efficient tooling and API-based Vault uploads
  • Clean, maintainable structure that has supported updates across every subsequent release
  • Successful kiosk conversion for live congress deployment, delivered from the existing iVAFlow build
  • Ongoing technical partnership continuing into Q3 2026
